Just joined 4IB and wondering what other things people are playing other than Arma 3 at the moment.

I'm currently enjoying World of Warships with a side of stellaris- generally though you'll find people playing Call of Duty, Hell let loose or Golf with enemies Friends on TS.

What Dale said, plus total war, Hearts of Iron, EuroTruckSim, FarmingSim and Minecraft are also being played by members, in various degrees of organization I think.

Nice variation there. I own pretty much most of those but I suppose I am a fan of simulators (ETS2 and FS19) Minecraft, HOI4, Escape from Tarkov, Monster Hunter World, Total War, RS2 Vietnam, Modern Warfare, Squad, Hell Let Loose, COH2, ESO and Battlefield V.
If you see me in TS and want to play something above let me know I'll probably be up for it if I have it installed.
