My personal suggestion is Liverpool. I know Liverpool well and Bold St has a shit ton of pubs/bars/clubs near by, scran is fucking cheap and top notch. It's relatively central for the whole of the UK, and should give good access for everyone. There's multiple train stations to get to, with Liverpool Lime St having great services from London and the North. Manchester is 30 mins away and is a major airport for all our int'l guests.
Date is up for debate, I'll leave that to BGHQ to schedule in around Ops. Maybe a celebration at the end of this op?

Plus one to Mr Muskat's statement, perhaps somewhere like Berlin. Though I'd love to say Copenhagen the place is fucking expensive, Berlin is much cheaper.

My issue with abroad is that it would force those most likely to attend (UK) to shell out loads on flights and covid tests and making non vaccinated people quarantine would completely ruin the entire point. It just doesn't work and no one would turn up.
