Over the lead up to the Christmas Period, we have noticed a marked increase in illegal activity. The main perps seem to be a gang of illegal immigrants going by the name East London Familia. These so-called “ELF's” have been wreaking havoc, from performing unpaid labour to giving out drugs to all the local kids. There has been a rise in the packages of cocaine - or  “Snowflake” as they like to call it, being found within our town. 

Confidential Informants on the Ground Reconnaissance Information Network Command Hotline - or G.R.I.N.C.H. - have reliably informed us that there is going to be a major drug deal going down soon. You are now being placed on standby to deploy to the area.

Your objectives will be to:

• Mingle with the populace, find out who the gang members are, and where they stay.
  
• Try to catch any of these “ELF's” committing crimes, and bring them to justice.
  
• Find intel on any upcoming drug deals that might be happening, and plan a bust.
  
• Generally police the area, and respond to any events that occur.
  

In order to help you with this, you have been granted certain roles and equipment by S.A.N.T.A.

These are:

1x Gang Specialist to coordinate the operation - the Familia Activity Trained Controller. This F.A.T. Controller will coordinate all efforts on the ground.

2x Helicopter team of 2 men.

1x Armed Response Unit, consisting of 6 men.

1x Plain Clothes Team of 6 men

Unlimited Patrol Teams of 2 men.

Other assets may be provided upon request.

I hope to run this in a semi-realistic manner, so please try to stick to the role you are assigned. If you use all the assets available to you, you will have the most fun and catch those evil ELF's.
