7-1. Overview

No member within 4IB is immune to disciplinary action. By using AGAI 67, 4IB treats all members fairly and equally with suitable disciplinary action if a failing has been found.

It is 4IB policy that AGAI 67 is to be used to deal with Minor (Mi.), Major (Maj.) and Gross (Gr.) failings in meeting the stated standards of behaviour/performance outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Any member wishing to return to 4IB at a later date who have been processed under Section 7-2, AGAI 67, Gr 1-10 will be allowed to return at the discretion of Battlegroup HQ.
